Please note that all guidelines are subject to change.
We will keep ticketholders notified of any changes, but also recommend that you check the latest guidance before your visit.
Face coverings help more people feel comfortable about returning to venues and offer us all more protection, so we encourage you to wear one during your visit, including while seated for the performance. Our helpers will be wearing them too. We politely ask that you respect the preference of others at all times.
Checking in with the NHS QR code is optional too, but will remain available to anyone wishing to do so upon arrival at those venues which provide this facility.
Social Distancing. We will not require social distancing, but request the audience to respect each other’s space.
KEEPING YOU SAFE
We will keep the following safety measures in place to protect our customers, helpers and the community and remain vigilant in maintaining the highest standards of service and cleanliness.
If you, or any member of your party have symptoms of Covid, or have been asked to self-isolate, we ask that you do not attend and we will be happy to offer you an alternative ticket or a refund.
Cleaning and Sanitising. Our venues will be asked to ensure that any surfaces likely to be touched by many people are appropriately cleaned. Hand sanitiser stations will be available and we ask that you sanitise your hands on arrival.
Doors and windows will be kept open as much as possible, consistent with comfort and noise constraints.
Payments. Although tickets will be available on the door (if seats are available), we urge customers to book beforehand to reduce face-to-face contact at the venue and avoid disappointment. Payment for tickets on the door, for programmes, and for refreshments will be by cash only, and we urge customers to have small change available for this.
