Jason Rebello is one of the most sought after jazz pianists of his generation and Tim Garland, the Grammy Award Winning British composer and multi-instrumentalist, stands at the forefront of British Jazz and contemporary music.

Two of the UK’s most eminent musicians present an evening of new compositions spanning the worlds of Jazz and Contemporary music, performed with stunning artistry.

Jason Rebello is one of the most sought-after jazz pianists of his generation, and has played with some of the world's top contemporary musicians such as Sting, with whom he toured and recorded for several years, and Jeff Beck, to name but two. His appearances as a soloist or with other jazz musicians have garnered continuous praise and acclaim. Tim Garland, the Grammy Award Winning British composer and multi-instrumentalist, stands at the forefront of British Jazz and contemporary music.Tim's musical abilities cross so many boundaries and styles, and his musical eclecticism makes him one of the most interesting performers and composers of his generation. He has worked with many jazz and classical giants, including the late Chick Corea and others, and his trio Acoustic Triangle became well known for innovative and entrancing performances of modern, accessible jazz.

Tim plays all the various types of Saxophone, clarinet and bass clarinet, and through that variety of instruments creates many sound worlds and moods. Coupled with Jason's brilliant piano playing, Tim has created the Life to Life Album which is being premiered at St Martin in the Fields. London on January 21st, and then in Shrewsbury for the Shropshire Music Trust on Friday January 27th.
