Alis Huws - Official Royal Harpist (2019-24)

Alis will play pieces by Debussy, Britten, and Bach – alongside works by Quebec harpist Caroline Lizotte, who “stands out internationally as one of the leading harp composers of her generation” and other living composers.
Alis performed at King Charles’ coronation in Westminster Abbey. She has broadcast on BBC Radio and all major UK television channels. And she is on this year’s Classic FM list of 30 under-30 Rising Stars. Alis recently signed a recording deal with Decca Classics.
Alis Huws is a freelance soloist, orchestral and chamber musician. She regularly gives recitals across the UK and internationally, having toured to Japan, Europe, the US, Hong Kong and the Middle East.
